Product Owner

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and professional Product Owner ready to take a key role in the development and growth of digital products for our European clients. This position involves deep engagement in both business and technical processes, shaping the product vision, and ensuring effective communication across the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Form and prioritize the product backlog;
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and study end-user needs;
• Define business goals and key product metrics;
• Collaborate with the development team for technical analysis;
• Set and decompose tasks in Jira;
• Actively communicate with clients, developers, and business analysts;
• Prepare specifications, user stories, and technical requirements;
• Participate in release planning and building the product roadmap;
• Support testing and requirements validation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes;
• Confident use of tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.;
• Good understanding of software architecture and technical limitations;
• Ability to clearly formulate tasks and communicate with the team;
• Skilled in conducting interviews, workshops, and requirements analysis;
• English proficiency — B2 level or higher;
• Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing projects;
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise solutions;
• Possession of certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalents;
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
