ABOUT THE ROLE

AttoLabs is an international IT company specializing in full-cycle software development. We create custom digital solutions for clients across Europe, combining technological expertise (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Rust, .NET, Blockchain, etc.) with deep business understanding. Due to our growing client portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts, foster client relationships, and ensure long-term loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage key AttoLabs clients: support, development, and retention
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with client teams
  • Deeply understand client needs and translate them into tasks for the delivery team
  • Identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling; participate in preparing additional proposals
  • Monitor client satisfaction and project quality
  • Participate in strategic sessions with clients; handle objections
  • Support and oversee projects at all implementation stages

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in account/client management in IT, software development, or digital sectors
  • Experience working with international clients; understanding of cultural differences
  • Excellent communication, client service, and expectation management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and client business objectives
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
