People Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

AttoLabs is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in building a strong corporate culture, developing HR processes, and creating an environment where employees feel engaged, supported, and inspired. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies in People Operations: onboarding, development, retention, and employee well-being.
• Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate culture aligned with AttoLabs’ values.
• Organize learning and development activities, including internal training and external programs.
• Implement and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies across the organization.
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and drive initiatives for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure effective communication and leadership development.
• Support compensation, benefits, and non-monetary motivation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in international or IT companies.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, tools, and strategies.
• Experience in building and scaling HR processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
• Ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience managing change and HR projects in a scaling organization.
• International HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR).
• Understanding of IT outsourcing and technical team dynamics.
